What happens after the Clarity Call?

If there’s alignment, the next step is a structured assessment that looks at how your business currently operates and where improvements would have the most impact. From there, a clear proposal is outlined so you know exactly what support would look like before any deeper work begins.

Do you work with tools or platforms?

Tools may be involved later if they support the solution, but Flow Focus is not tool-driven. The work starts with understanding how your business functions and what’s getting in the way. Systems are designed around your business—not the other way around.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Flow Focus (“Flow Focus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Flow Focus provides consulting, advisory, and implementation support services related to business operations, systems, workflows, and strategy.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flow Focus website located at https://flowfocus.pro (the “Site”) and any general interactions with Flow Focus outside of a signed client agreement.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Flow Focus operates as a business consulting and advisory service, not a software provider or managed services platform.

Information provided on this Site, during Clarity Calls, or in exploratory conversations is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Any paid engagement with Flow Focus is governed exclusively by a separate written Proposal and Client Agreement, which outlines scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Copy, scrape, or repurpose Site content for commercial use without permission
Misrepresent your identity or business intentions

4. No Client Relationship Created

Use of this Site, booking a Clarity Call, or engaging in exploratory discussions does not create a client relationship.

A client relationship is established only after:

A written Proposal is issued
The Proposal is signed by both parties
Any required initial payment is received

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, frameworks, diagrams, methodologies, branding, and presentation materials—is the intellectual property of Flow Focus unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Flow Focus materials without prior written consent.

Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables created specifically for them, as defined in their signed agreement.

6. Third-Party Tools and Services

Flow Focus may reference or work alongside third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling tools, payment processors, analytics services).

Flow Focus does not own, control, or guarantee the performance, security, or availability of third-party services. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination of Site access does not affect obligations under any signed client agreement
